    Will it be comfortable if I sleep on my side?

    Yes. The speakers are ultra-thin and sit inside the strap, and you can slide them to line up with your ears so they aren't pressing on the ear when you turn over. Most side sleepers find a comfortable spot within a night or two. If you feel pressure, nudge them forward or back before bed.

    Is anything inside my ear?

    No. Two ultra-thin speakers sit inside the strap, over your ears. No earbuds, nothing inserted.

    What can I listen to, and do I need an app or subscription?

    Anything from your phone! White noise, music, podcasts, or wind-down sound. It pairs over Bluetooth 5.0 like any speaker. No app, no subscription, no monthly fee.

    Does it actually block the light?

    The memory-foam cups lift off your eyelids and a contoured nose pad helps close the gap at the nose bridge, where light usually leaks in. Fit varies by face shape, so a little light can reach the edges for some people.

    How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

    About 10 hours on a full charge (a full night) and it recharges over USB-C in roughly 2 hours.

    Does it cancel outside noise?

    It's not noise-cancelling. It doesn't actively block outside sound. But playing your own audio, like white noise or music, masks a lot of what's around you, including a partner's snoring. In very loud places, turn the volume up or add earplugs.

    Can I wash it?

    Yes, by hand. Slide the speakers and module out of the side pocket, then hand-wash the mask in warm water and let it dry fully before putting the module back.

    How do I connect it?

    Hold the button for about 3 seconds to turn it on, open your phone's Bluetooth settings, and select the mask from the list. Once it's paired, just press play.

    Will my calls and alarms play through the mask?

    Calls play through the speakers while your phone is connected. Alarms usually sound from the phone itself, depending on your phone. If you'd like your alarm in the mask, use an alarm app that plays over Bluetooth.
